I am not sure if this is because of your Slicer or your printer setup, but the info is not communicated

I have the same issue with my K1 Max. I use Orca Slicer. The thumbnail is viewable in Fluidd and can be downloaded, but it is not viewable through the integration. The thumbnail is also viewable in the Mobileraker app without issue.
