can nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle work on Raspberry 4 with Android (LineageOS) ?

Hello,
I am a new on programming iOT and use Raspberry.
I would like to test LowPWan on Android to test Thread Protocole and I have baught a Raspberry 4 4 Go. I will install Android on It to programm a POC to use Thread Protocol.
I would like to use an USB Thread Dongle and nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle seems to be nice to do the job (Thread, Zigbee, Bluetooth...).
Could you confirm me that I can connect the nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle to Raspberry 4 under Android OS (LineageOS) ?
