I've created a GitHub actions similar to the original appveyor config. I didn't test much. But hopefully this can help someone.

You'll need to provide a github access token with permissions to your repos and gists. The GITHUB_TOKEN given to runners does not have permissions to create gists. You could use the GITHUB_TOKEN. But you'll need to create a access token for gists or use anonymous gists.
