Failed To Run The Program -- HTTPError

well, I posted the picture here, and I am not sure why I cannot run the program...
The Environment Variable was set as requested.
But The NOTION_PAGE one, I set the value as :
https://www.notion.so/[username]/Test-7c74b92891364c32aa8a82a830a408c2
which is the new page I created and named it with "Test".

not sure why it failed...
