lxc_config do not get updated when changed #141

It looks like lxc_config do not get propagated to the container if it is changed in the config file after a restart.

This is because in the code, Container._get_container sets the lxc config. But it's only set when we created the container.

Can assign this issue to me, but I'm on the road right now so not at the moment.
