Navigating back while vs-select is open keeps select open

Summary:
When the vs-select component is open, navigating with the back button will not close the select. The select will stay open in a fixed position until refreshing, and can't be interacted with. Similarly when vs-select is open and there is a horizontal scroll, the select moves with the screen.
