So i have literally tried everything know to man and im starting to give up i dont know what i could be doing wrong but heres the images

I am also at a similar situation. Cuda and RAM issues block me from imagining anything.

i had this issue and fixed it by completely removing torch,
and reinstalling it using this command:
pip3 install torch==1.9.1+cu111 torchvision==0.10.1+cu111 torchaudio===0.9.1 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
