Add a skip ci option to the Build Commit Message modal #136

It would be nice if we had a checkbox in the Build Commit Message modal, that add [skip ci] to the footer of the commit message. Basically the same as it is done in this plugin https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/9861-git-commit-template
