Testbed doesn't support Vulkan graphics API #367

Expected/Desired Behavior or Experience:

Testbed uses the Vulkan graphics API on supporting platforms.

Actual Behavior:

Only OpenGL is currently supported.

Maybe make use of the MoltenVK Vulkan interface for MacOS and close issue #366. If so, be sure to put a note into the Survey of MoltenVK Use - Developer Input Requested issue.
