What's the background to this idea?

有时候需要删除某些文件时，文件会被某些程序打开（占用），导致无法删除文件。

Describe the solution you'd like

输入文件或文件夹路径，判断文件是否被占用
如果输入的文件或文件夹被占用，则列出占用的程序
提供一个“释放”按钮，用于终结这些进程释放资源
