Can't enter valid decimal value #4699

What happened?

Entering 0.0 reverts back to 0. I'm using it in a pricing field so 0.00 is a valid entry.

Reproduction steps

Add input field type number
enter 0.0

...

Version

Vue.js 3.x and vee-validate 4.x

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
