🐛 问题描述 | Bug Description

Having downloaded an additional checkpoint, lora etc, the "Refresh" button should (or used to) refresh the extra network sidebar in order to display the new item. This has become somewhat hit and miss but more often does not work.

🚦 期望结果 | Expected Behavior

The refresh button in the Extra Networks sidebar should refresh the Checkpoints, Loras, Textual Inversions and Hypernetworks.

Relevant checkpoint drop downs (quick settings sidebar, and hiresfix script checkpoint dropdown) that have a refresh option for that list only still work (most of the time).

No special steps to make this happen. Download something new to the relevant checkpoint, lora, or embedding etc folder, press refresh in the sidebar from within Automatic1111.

Have restarted automatic1111 shell, have refreshed the the page (which obviously refreshes everything, including the extra networks sidebar, but will remove whatever prompt or image etc is currently on screen.
Git Pull is on for every start.
Only using "Main" commits, not "Dev"
