使用Azure openai key后，GPT-4无法使用插件功能，GPT3.5可以使用插件功能；GPT-4使用插件后，正常对话也会报错，不使用插件，正常能够文本对话；报错信息如下：

按Azure openai key 的配置，在初始配置时输入一个openaI的testkey，任意输入，部署完成后；在vercel中项目设置中添加环境变量environment-variables，将下图环境变量配置进去后，再重新部署

重新部署页面如下：
