直播加载失败自动或手动换线路时会出现双重/多重弹幕 #247

app首次打开b站直播间加载时不时会失败，这时自动换线路重载，发现此时每条弹幕都会重复加载2条，换一次线路就重复多加载一条，所有平台都一样

另外关注列表经常无法刷新

双重弹幕的问题，在电脑版1.8.0删除了弹幕合并后开始出现，手机端无该问题
