Find a different place to host icons for site extension #19

Currently we are using dropbox for serving the icons for the site extension. we should have a better place to serve these. perhaps blob storage or something.

It's here on Imgur at http://i.imgur.com/TzOk944.png It's not guaranteed to stick around unless it's reuploaded to an imgur account, though. Once a registered account uploads it, it'll stick around for sure.

Perhaps link to it from within the GitHub repo like this one

I'm hesitant/unsure how GitHub would like that. TOS, servers might change causing URLs to change, etc.
