Display projection status summary when showing outputs from web UI

This is most important when there are no successful projections but would be helpful even when some are successful.

The progress interface with "detail=1" option shows the status of all outputs for a gridset. We can add additional information to that output to indicate what types of failures occurred so the user has an idea of what happened.

The UI and service will both need to be updated to include that information.
