Why moving from ornicar to lichess-org ?

What are the differences between lichess-org/lila and ornicar/lila ? Same repository ?

Having most of the repositories under the same organization offers some nice features:

• Moving issues between repos
• Managing groups and granular permissions for all the repositories
• Using a shared security policy
• Having more people than just the repository owner with permission to create security advisories and view security alerts

Redirects are in place, so all links should keep working. Other than the URL and the additional features, nothing should change.
