Too easy to be offline with 30 puzzles (instead of 50)

Describe the bug
If you go offline and do 20 puzzles and then go back online for a while, then offline again you will still only have 30 puzzles to do offline. I'm not sure what the trigger/threshold for downloading more is, but I've been offline with between 20-30 when I expected 50 (and would love more!).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go offline and do some of your 50 offline puzzles
2. Go back online and give the app some time to download puzzles
3. Go offline and you will have <50 puzzles to do ... :(

Expected behavior
Either a button for "download puzzles for offline" or automatically download up to 50 puzzles whenever there are <50 offline puzzles downloaded.

I noticed this too on Android 11, Red Note 8 Pro (OS 12.5.2). It is very annoying, because 30 puzzles are very fast solved.
