The mouse operates effectively on Android, enabling navigation in various applications; however, it is not compatible with RetroArch. The mouse can be utilized effectively on "Chromecast with Google TV" for various applications, allowing easy setup of the PlayStation Portable emulator PPSSPP. However, this capability is not available within RetroArch. This discrepancy highlights a significant limitation, as users cannot configure RetroArch using just a mouse, unlike other apps where this functionality is supported. When a game controller's fallback profile is activated and fails to enable navigation within RetroArch, users encounter a significant obstacle. In this situation, they cannot reconfigure the settings through the "Set All Control" option using either the mouse or gamepad. This creates a frustrating loop where users are unable to adjust their controls to make the interface navigable.
