Create a simple Jenkinsfile to have a pull request builder for the repository

It would be great to have some basic CI for the LibreCores CI repository. We can set it up on .ci.librecores.org. In order to do that, we need...

• A simple Jenkinsfile, which builds the repo on a host with Docker
• A job should be created on ci.librecores.org . All credentials should be already in place

What could be done on the top of it?

• Add simple Jenkinsfiles to Docker agent images
• Update Jenkinsfile in this repo to verify that Jenkins is able to start up (start the the produced Docker image, ensure that Jenkins starts up and responds to HTTP requests && there is no warnings in the startup log)
