However, I have been unable to successfully implement it adding multiple "to" fields based on my vector. I can not tell if its my unfamiliarity with Rust, or if there actually isn't a way.
From what I see, the example in this issue is the only way to add multiple. #690
But this issue here seems to be preventing doing it directly with a Message. #669

I'm making a generic send function for my project, basing it off the base example using Message:builder.
pub fn send_email(to: Vec<&str>, subject: &str, body: &str)
