🗣 설명

네트워크 연결이 되어있지 않아서, 아이템을 가져오는 과정이 실패했을 경우, 네트워크를 재시도하여 연결이 정상적으로 된다면 다시 네트워크 요청을 할 수 있도록 구현합니다.
