Extra documentation for block comments

In 3.1.1.2.2. Comments, maybe the documentation should specify how block comments and documentation comments are closed. (Right now, it is unclear if doc comments should be closed with --/ or -/, although maybe that's obvious to the target audience). Perhaps more importantly, it should note that block comments can be nested.
