As discussed in #68, there seems to be an issue when secondary storylines are connected to clips:

Interestingly, for the first problem clip (B001_B038_0219LY_001), the problem seems to be the connected storyline - for whatever reason it seems to be corrupting the metadata. Once I delete the connected storyline, it seems to work - so there's a logic bug there somewhere (I think we're probably not passing the lane information from the connected group).

Note, that in 1.1.0-beta.2 (36) we don't actually handle anchored clips on sync-clip's yet. This was a bug/limitation in FCPXMLKit that has since been addressed.

This has been fixed with FCPXMLReport.
