Music Players pausing persists through uninstall

Description of the bug

I have installed (brew) and uninstalled (uninstall.sh) this software but audio players (spotify e.g.) still pause when my microphone is activated in another application.
I was unable to find any remnants.

Steps to reproduce
My steps were a bit convoluted, but to be conclusive:

1. brew install --cask background-music
2. brew uninstall --cask background-music
3. git clone [email protected]:kyleneideck/BackgroundMusic.git
4. cd BackgroundMusic
5. bash uninstall.sh
6. restart

Versions

• Background Music: 0.4.0
• macOS: 14.3.1

Update: only firefox's microphone access causes the problem. Other browsers and recording software do not pause spotify.
