I feel like it would be better that a table of contents contains only the headings included in the current page.
Generated table of contents do not seem to work properly in a post with page breaks.
Create a post with some heading sections and a page break.
When viewing the first page of this post, the anchor links in the headings contained in the following pages do not work.
Also, viewing the next page, the headings on the previous page are included in the table of contents, so these anchor links seem to get out of order.

Expected behavior

Steps to reproduce
Create a post with some heading sections and a page break.
When viewing the first page of this post, the anchor links in the headings contained in the following pages do not work.
