Bluecat V2

Hello,

I would like to know how I can contribute a new or changed provider. The provider I want to contribute is for the use of Bluecat. There is already an in-tree provider, however, it uses the (paid) bluecat gateway. I would like to implement a new (or modify the existing one using a switch - gateway vs directly api v2) in order to use the bluecat v2 api, which offers an openapi v3 schema

What would you like to be added:
either:

• bluecat v2 provider (in-tree)
• or modify the existing one (because you don't want new in-tree providers)
• bluecat v2 webhook as a completely new provider

Why is this needed:
in our on-premise environment, we have a bluecat setup without the (expensive, paid) gateway. but we have the openapi v3 schema, in order to use the bluecat v2 api directly
