Quicker switch between instant/delayed capture

Setting or removing a capture delay takes time because you have to scroll the widget

Describe the solution you'd like

In addition to setting the delay, we should be able to enable/disable the indicated delay (with something else that delay=0). The Time icon next to the delay widget could be used as a checkbox.

A poor man's version could be use the timer icon as a button to reset the delay to 0.
