Title

Facing Unautorized issue when an ACL user is not allowed with Dashboard in Custom Roles.

Issue Description

Create a custom role and do not assign dashboard to it. Now assign the custom role to the user and then login with the user.
We will see unauthorised issue appearing.

Preconditions

1. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to admin -> Settings -> Roles -> Create Custom Role and do not assign dashboard.
2. Now create a new user and assign custom role.
3. Now try to login with new user and then check.

Expected result

We should be able to log in and also the next page which is assigned must be visible.
