I cant use kitty_mod+l to move tabs

I provided my config below. Problem is kitty_mod+h is working to move a tab to left. However kitty_mod+l does nothing, sometimes. It makes the kitty text on the top bar of macOS flash. But it doesnt move the tab. But sometimes it does.

Now cmd shift m does it too (doesnt work and only blinks the kitty text on macos bar). cmd shift h still works though (so does every other keymap).. It will be fixed in a couple of minutes again probably though. Just very weird stuff around this.
