All commands open "Error opening Help in Windows-based programs" page. #111

All arguments seem to work, but also open https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/error-opening-help-in-windows-based-programs-feature-not-included-or-help-not-supported-3c841463-d67c-6062-0ee7-1a149da3973b in a new browser tab.

What's happening?
No such page is opened in my environment.
I can't understand why such as page is opened.
May be you write extra PATH.

I want to know details as:

OS and version?
apt-cyg revision?
terminal emulator?
result of type -a apt-cyg?
result of env?
commandline and results?
browser and URL?
commandline with DEBUG=5 in the head and result?
- ex) DEBUG=5 apt-cyg <args> ...

Also, can you post screen shots or screen casts?
