Create .bib file with file links #1

There is a BibTeX file listing all articles: http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/bib/tugboat.html

However, this file does not link to the PDFs.

I think, a local copy of the bib file with file links should be made.

(Maybe, one has to work on JabRef/jabref#8128 to get this done properly)
