Allow "sort" settings within a shelf

Brief Introduction

I have many books imported to koodo, and find that I often stay within a single shelf. I would like to sort/organize the books on that shelf. The settings in that menu are frozen per the main "Books" setting, But further, the books on the shelf are not actually sorted by those settings. The books on the shelf do not even seem to be sorted alphabetically. It's confusing. Thankfully they do not change order randomly, but stay in their same arrangement.

Sort feature is already implemented in the shelf. It works fine on 1.6.6 from my side.
