Scrollbar accessibility: consider leaving them normal size by default #326

I might be an edge case, but I have to click and drag scrollbars because I can't physically use a scroll wheel (or gesture). Water's styles sets the width to 10px in Chrome and Webkit and thin in Firefox, which makes it somewhat difficult to interact with.

I would recommend leaving the width of the scrollbar whatever the browser default is.

I also prefer if they could be left alone totally. i like my mac os scrollbar as the way they are... auto hidden by default. and also good looking so they don't need to be changed.
