Success modal never shows up when creating collection

@prury tested it multiple times and it worked fine for me

I did notice , that somehow one my collections did not have a name

atm the success modal is shown once the indexer has the collection with a matching name and description

this would have caused the modal to not appear

#10287 seems to be the root cause, let's continue there

#10293 should always show the modal
