Hello, when I try to create the League, the windows did not load, it keeps loading.

I have checked the links per league, but none of them open from my browser... I get the following message: “This site cannot be accessed. Connection has been re-established”.

however, I have tried from different browsers and different network accesses, turning off firewall, etc... but without success.

from VirtualStudio shows me the following:
