Revive gerbv project

Unfortunately the upstream gerbv project seems to be stagnant. Since I'm using gerbv daily and also integrated libgerbv in internal tooling, I'm interested in reviving the project.

Therefore I created a gerbv organisation on GitHub and would like to invite you to join.

Your fork already includes a lot of patches otherwise lost on the mailing list as well as windows builds. I already have a CI up and running for Ubuntu and Fedora and would like to add Windows and binaries as well.

If you are interested, I would rebase my fork on yours in order to not duplicate any effort.
