How to generate parameters for Actitopp

Hi, I am interested in implementing the ativity generation model of Actitopp for our city.

Could you please tell me how to generate the parameters (Step1 -> Step10 paramaters). Those are parameters in csv files such as 1AParams.csv, 1LParams.csv, 6AParams.csv, 7AParams.csv, ....

For my understanding, it is generated outside the Actitopp by using some Discrete Choice parameter estimation software?

If it is generated outside Actitopp, could you please explain in more details the tool and method to generate these paramater?
