Write a program to find given number is power of two or not

Hello @king04aman I would like to add 3 different ways to check if a number is power of 2 or not in a single cpp file.
I found that you have mentioned this program in your readme too but still isn't included in cpp folder yet, so may you have a look and assign it to me please.
