trigger captive portal?

Hello.

On my mac, when I connect to the config portal created with tzapu's wifimanager (https://github.com/tzapu/WiFiManager), I am prompted with the "join network" captive portal window from mac os every time.

Is there a way to force this behavior with your library so that it works every time? This way, the user does not need to know the config portal's web address, it just pops up on their screen.

Hum... Maybe it was a fluke, I'm getting the portal reliably now.
