Set status to, "Always Fire" and set self acting time to 10 seconds (since otherwise the popup will never appear for mobile user). After 10 seconds it does appear, however if I try to exit after 5 seconds for example it will appear and then if i close it will appear after the 10 seconds from when I first loaded the page. It should only appear once.

Is there a line the code we can comment out to permanently disable the auto exit feature so it will only appear based on the Auto Fire setting?

Hi Chris,
I cannot reconstruct your issue: I set the timer to 10.000ms. Then it fired after 10 seconds. I closed it. Then moved my cursor out of the window, and nothing happened. It should be like that. Can you send me a link where I can see the plugin in use?

Because this plugin's use is to provide exit-popups, I don't offer a option to disable it. And I'm not going to search for a solution that allows to disable exit-popups. I hope that's okay for you.

Best regards,
Kevin

Hey Kevin,

I really love your plugin. I could reconstruct the issue. Just put the time a bit higher. Try to exit first and then close the upcoming popup. After that a second popup will appear after the timer.

It would be nice if there could be fix - right now you cannot really use it for mobile. I wanted to set the timer on 20 seconds for mobiles, but people, who want to exit at first and then keep reading will see the popup two times.

Thank you so much in advance.

Greetings
Andreas
