  • A toggle to turn off or on the checking of available updates.
  • if update is available, ask to let user
    • update Kando 1
    • skip this version
    • remind later (remind in 5 days?)

when an update is available,

  • an option can be shown in the tray menu to open the update window

  1. if implementing it is difficult, button can say "download latest from web" to open release page of Kando to let them download by themselves.

Thanks for the suggestion! This should definitely be added. However, I guess that whether an auto-update is possible depends on how the user installed Kando. If installed via some package manager, Kando will not have the permissions to auto-update. However, we could display a notification nonetheless.

I have not implemented something like this before (and there are currently more important things to implement) so if anybody wants to add this, just drop a note here!
