Let's use this discussion to share any publications using pyssam. I'll start first, our preprint is currently under review. It uses pyssam to guide a 2D-3D lung and airway reconstruction, where we take an input X-ray and iteratively generate SSAM weights and evaluate the fit against the X-ray. We then use the reconstructed airways to perform CFD simulations of air and particle transport to the patient's lungs.
