We are close to having a full integration with Facebook and Twitter so it's time to discuss what, how and when we are going to publish there. I have some ideas, but I would like to ask for opinions and other valuable feedback :)

My goal is to make jvm-bloggers social accounts active and engaging (that's why will use Twitter handles as often as possible)

We could post information about:

  1. new issue (every Friday)
  2. new top posts summary (every 12th each month) (on twitter with handles of top 1 or 2 authors)
  3. the most popular post from the last issue (eg. on Wednesday with stats from 5 days)
  4. the most popular post from now.getMonth().minusYears(1)
  5. blog that we have just started monitoring
  6. the most popular personal post from last month (20-25th each month)
  7. the most popular company post from last month (20-25-th each month)
  8. Your ideas goes here :)

Whad do you think? Anything to drop, anything to add to this list?

Actually I'd like this to be posted on both facebook/twitter and jvm-blogger site.
Perhaps we should consider moving 5. to weekly newsleter? I don't have strong opinion on this, just a proposal for discussion.
I'd also add some summary of new feature from time to time (assuming active development ;) )
