Compare home directory and configured home directory in configuration check

When the home directory example:

/home/username

is changed by the underlying hosting provider (example):

/home-1/username

this can cause strange problems with Dada Mail that are hard to detect. It would be useful if the app notices these changes and alerts the user. That are we use "~" for home dir.
