Link Specific Flows to the Sage Custom1-5 commands

Need to add functionality to allow some or all of the following...

- link a specific flow to one of the 5 Custom sage commands
- link any Menu Manager item to one of the 5 Custom sage commands

- offer list of custom1-5 commands and list the Flow/MenuManager item 
associated and allow changing this

The user can then use the Setup Commands function to associate any 
keyboard/remote command to one of these 5 custom commands

Need to then add listners for Custom1, Custom2 etc to jump to the specific flow 
or MenuManager item
