Folder Filters not working with Video Imports by Folder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Video Imports by Folder View doesn't work with Folder Filter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  Excluded Folder shows up 
in the view. See pic.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Win7 Home 
Prem. Latest Sage, Latest Gemstone.

The checked folder in the pic is in the excluded list and should not be visible.
