Enhancement: create grouping options that mimic sageTV show/seasons/recordings behavior

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a flow
2. in view options, group level 1 by show, group level 2 by season, and set 
promote single-child 

Enhancement:
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The desired output is to mimic the sagetv recordings menu, where a list of 
shows is given, and when you select a show, it will display a list of the 
seasons, and a list of recordings when you click a season.  Currently this 
doesn't work the way you would expect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gemstone 1.015

I reviewed this with stuckless and this likely will get adjusted within the 
phoenix core that we use so that the promote single item folders works for 
single folders too.

So we will keep this here to track it
