Add USERHOME placeholder

Here is a followup of #30 and #31 .

When home directories do not share the same root path, how can we use readonly_paths and readwrite_paths config options?
One cannot compose users home dirs with {USERNAME} and {USERID}.

Exposing the full path as given by the password database would still be helpfull IMHO.
