I wanna see jupyterhub/binderhub#1813 through, but I think I want to make sure I have kubectl access to all the members (or at least all the ones I can) to make sure it rolls out without issue.

I don't know how to get access to the AWS curvenote one, because it's using the OIDC setup with GitHub auth rather than an encrypted user account.

@manics do you know how I could do this?

You've already got a Curvenote AWS user so you just need to open a PR to add it to @stevejpurves private config repo that you've also got access to, then follow https://github.com/jupyterhub/mybinder.org-deploy/blob/main/terraform/aws/curvenote/README.md#obtaining-a-kubeconfig-file
